I bought 2 Hyundai i10s from The Glen Hyundai in April 2013. On the 1.1 I added an alarm, when it was delivered it had no radio, CD player, aircon, or alarm, and it was dirty. This was the birthday gift to my mother. It had to be returned multiple times for these various things to be inserted even though I'd paid for it all and was ASSURED pre delivery that it would be delivered complete. But the car basics were not even in place. Safe to say my mother and I were inconvenienced for one month after delivery. Her alarm continued to cause problems and it was then noticed that installation was done incorrectly. Another month and a half of hassles. 3 days ago I discovered the salesman (Sammy) I dealt with did NOT put a service plan on either car even though I'd asked and I was forced to pay this on my own. More inconvenice. But the worst is that I spoke to 6 different Hyundai the Glen customer care consultants throughout Monday to try sort this out and NONE ever phoned back even though they all said they would in order to resolve the problem. No one introduced themselves so I know no names. Pathetic customer service and many false assurances. Beyond dismal service, I regret my purchases.
