I must say, we have not really had very bad service - up to now.
We bought a voucher for photo prints, from Kodak, using dropbox. I have emailed three times now to follow up on the progress of the photo's - nobody gets back to me, not from Groupon, and not from Kodak.
I am still now in the dark, as to where the prints are, if they have started, if it is finished, the tracking nr for the delivery, and nobody replies or returns messages.
Will think twice before using again...
