Items received not as advertised

I bought a Groupon deal, that has gone very sour!
I bought 3 x A2 canvas prints from Photolyze.
Firstly it took a very long time for me to get my three canvas prints, when it arrived they were not done as advertised. All three canvases are suppose to be A2 but are all different sizes.
The mounting boards have been cut skew and the mounting has been very poorly done.
It is rather shocking to receive an item that has obviously not been quality checked.
It has been two weeks since I complained, what do I do now?
