TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE & ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT

My dad died 5 days ago and today my mom went to the ABSA branch in Frankfort to give them the death certificate and have my dad's bond stopped. After yawning with a wide open mouth, the lady told my mom she does not want the death certificate and my mom needs to pay the outstanding amount on the bond IMMEDIATELY.!!! What is up with service delivery in this country??? This woman's husband of 47 years died a few days ago. Some respect would have been just lovely.

Could someone let me know what the appropriate action would be to get the bond stopped, as it has to go into the estate.
