On the 17th January 2014, we met with Aliyah that lives at 69 Middel Road in Rylands Estate. We viewed the place as they hire their place out to people to have private functions. On the 18th Jan my husband and I decided to hire the Party House for my son's 8th Birthday Party and I contacted Zaahir and he advised that the place was available. I then wanted to go & pay the deposit to confirm the booking but he advised that WE CAN PAY SAME ON FRIDAY, 24 JANUARY 2014. I phoned the Party House on Monday, 20th January 2014 just to once again confirm booking and that I can pay deposit on the Friday, as I did not want a situation where they come back and same that the place is booked. He once again reassured me that the place was available and that something like that wont happen. I received a phonecall from Zaahir today, 23 January 2014 confirming that place is booked and because we never paid a deposit, we unfortunately cannot have our party there. I am so upset and he was so rude to me, threw the phone down in my face twice. Did not even offer another date. Was absolutely unprofessional and had absolutely no compassion for the fact that we had invited 40 kids!!!
