I bought a pistol from Southern Arms. I didn't know they were connected to Dave Sheer Guns, whose CEO has been arested for serious crimes. They took a month to process the sale and send the paperwork after muiltiple reminders. They finally sent a gun that looked old without proper packaging etc. I checked with the manufacturer who confirmed it was not new (4 years old actually). The vital documentation was missing and the gun wasn't on the Police CFR Firearms system so I couldn't license it at all. They refused to replace it with a verifiable new one, but admitted selling grey imports without informing customers. Gareth said the price had gone up and he wouldn't refund me. He got shirty with me saying he won his last case so he''ll win this one - See you in court was his last words.
