Overall Bad Service

In this day and age one do not expect to get this type of service. I bought a vehicle in October last from South Cape Multi franchise. Paperwork was done vehicle was driven down to me in Cape Town, when i received the car it was dirty, no petrol in the tank?
The vehicle was still not registered onto my name yet. I had to go do the registration of the vehicle myself.
The sales consultant Estiaan Botha promised me after several means of contact that i will be refunded for expenses incured did not happen yet 4 months later??? requested for the second key and the service log book for the vehicle 4 months later nothing yet???
