Shocking Service from Call centre and Complains

I had this insurance for -14 months and paying my premiuns without fail. I was contacted by my broker in between May/June to advise me of increase in premiums. We then decided to move the cover elsewhere cause it was cheaper. I have informed my broker that they must cancel my cover effective 20/08/2013 as my new cover was to start then. To my surprise my account was deited for R1670.89 by MF without notifying me and again I'm debited by the new insurer. This caused my other debit to come back and i had to move the inception of the new policy to 20/09/2013 due to insufficiant funds. I then called MF to check the reason to the debit and i was told my broker called on the 15/08/2013 and i was late to stop the collection and said they will refund me and I advised them that I will return the debits with the bank. The same thing happened in 20th of september which caused my other debits to be returned no one called me again to tell me what these debits are for till sent a complaint. On the 28th of september I was involved in an accident, due to unexplained debits i was left without cover. I then sent a complained and I dealt with Alain who later addressed me as an.
