I had email then in an urgent company registration, filled all forms and paid the monies so [URL Removed] could assist in the urgent registration. Tried to phone about 10 time! But nobody answered.
Then email the same day to cancel the request for registration and asked for a refund.
More than a week later topdesign responded that the name of the company had been taken. I mailed back and said that i requested a cancellation and ask for a refund!
Topdesign just refused and said they had already make a request. Then i mailed back and said but i send a request the same day to cancel. Top design just said they do not give refund!
A very convenient way for them to get out of this and just keep the monies!
