Bad Service, Unprofessionalism & No refund

Around May this year (2013) we submitted application forms to Mr Ofentse Mokgatle, owner of The Design Bar to register our new company. Their package included company registration, logo design and business card printing. We paid the full amount of R1500 for Mr. Mokgatle to process. It's now December 2013 and we are still to know if we are registered or not. I checked today on CIPR's website and we are not listed there. I have sent him numerous communication before leading to today (email, text, Facebook inbox) and even tried calling him and he does not pick up the phone nor respond to my messages. We want all our documentation back from him and our refund of R1500, so that we can start with the registration process once again on our own, and I'm hoping that you will assist in getting Mr. Mokgatle to respond to our query and timeously so.
