I have send in an urgent application for Pty registration with top design on 3 October. Now 9 working days later still nothing from Top Design. Which would've been fine accept that they promise to finish registration within 1-5 working days. Which would also have been fine had they frequently kept in contact with me, but it seems I am the one who has to call to find out what the status of my application is. Poor service, and false advertising. Beware.
