No reply from BMW after 3 days

I have been experiencing some trouble with my BMW. My car was booked into the panel shop and I requested for it be sent through to the service shop thereafter as there is a problem with the car. The car slows down to while driving and the engine temperature warning sign comes on.

While my car was booked in at the at the panel shop I used a hire car for work purposes. I found out when I went to pick up my car, it was not sent to the service shop and the problem persists. I do not have alternate transport I have sent an email to the dealer principle on Friday for assistance to which I have not received any reply.

Further more I have just found out that since my car has been at the panel shop the DQ tracking system on the car has not been picking up signal. I would like to hope the 2 are not related but if it is I will be even more frustrated with BMWs service. I hope you are able to assist me.
