BAD ATTITUDE, AFTER DAMAGING MY VEHICLE!!!

MY BRAND NEW FORD RANGER WAS DROPPED OFF AT GM RICHARDS BAY TO HAVE A BIN LINER DONE. LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT IMBECILES RAN THE PANEL SHOP! THE BACK OF MY TAILGATE WAS DAMAGED, THE RANGER STICKER WAS ALMOST COMPLETELY REMOVED, AND THIS WAS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE THAT I SPENT 2 MINUTES DRIVING TIME WITH!!! AFTER ADDRESSING THE ISSUE WITH THE PANEL SHOP, THEY MADE ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES AS TO HOW THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE! AFTER MANY HOURS/DAYS OF FRUSTRATION, THEY FINALLY AGREED TO ASSIST, ON THEIR TERMS. NOW CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW SCARY IT WOULD BE TO SEND MY VEHICLE BACK TO THE SAME!! AFTER LOTS OF BEGGING [YES, I STILL HAD TO BEG], THEY AGREED TO HAVE THE REPAIRS DONE AT A FORD APPROVED PANEL SHOP. THEN THEY FORGET TO SEND ACROSS THE REPLACEMENT RANGER
STICKER THAT THEY HAD IN THEIR POSSESSION, AFTER ME ADVISING OF THE DATE AND TIME THE VEHICLE WOULD BE REPAIRED [THEY STILL HAVE THE STICKER]. THEY THEN ALLEVIATE THEMSELVES FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY. FORD, BEING FORD, REPLACED THE STICKER BY THEMSELVES WITHOUT WANTING ME TO EXPERIENCE ANY FURTHER INCONVENIENCE. GM NOW REFUSES TO PAY FOR THIS, REGARDLESS OF JUDY AGREEING TO THE SAME! FRUSTRATING!!!
