In 2011 feb i took my car to the panel beater shop, i have taken my car for painting at Randfontein Panel beater shop. The name of the owner is Basie so we had an agreement that i should pay 3 payments which is R15000.00 and it is payed in full but when goes i started going to check how far they are, so i went there several times to monitor the car only to find out some body parts were missing and damaged when they were striping the car for painting-when i ask questions about those body parts he said he will fix them, after some time he said his workers were on leave so he will call me when car is finished until now i am still waiting, so it shows that he can not keep his promises and it is been 2 months now, i did not stop calling him about the car. It shows that i have been waisting my time and airtime, i also find out when i called him 4 weeks back he said my bonnet has cracked, this panel shop does not have professional workers including himself. We will highly appreciated to resolve this problem.
