I ordered 500 red heart shaped balloons and 500 balloon sticks for Valentines day... payment for these were made by me on 2013-02-02 and proof of payment was sent through to the supplier so they could process the order and courier it. Supplier failed to deliver the items requested and has still not refunded me. I have been requesting a refund every day since 2013-02-12, the supplier responds saying it will be done (everytime a different excuse). Now the supplier do not even respond to my mails or messages!
