Deal purchased on Groupon on 07/12/2012 and to date the item hasn't been delivered. Everytime I call the Customer Service Centre in Cape Town I speak to a different consultant and every consultant has given me a lame sorry excuse of the goods are with the Couriers to the supplier is out of stock, back to your items will be delivered within the next 3 days. And still I wait for my knives. Today I am told there is a problem with the supplier, what??? Really, how difficult is it for me to get my goods, I don't want a refund, I want my knives...
