I have tried over the past few days to book my car for a service. The phone number 011 505 5300 just rings and no one picks up. If someone does pick up I get transferred to the service department and hold on for ages until reception picks up again asking for someone to contact me back. I have left my details and no one gets back to me.
I finally got through today after holding on for 15min and I refused to leave my details for someone to get back to me. The person booking the car for the service is inefficient as they did not ask what needs to be done. after stipulating what needs to be done she then tells me that certain days are to do certain repairs, so why not ask me what needs to be done before giving me a date to bring in the car.

I found the staff that manage the lines very rude and inefficient.
