I have been liasing with a lady by the name of linda since june 2013, she had called me stating i need to pay my identity account and the same day of liasing with her i paid my account in full, she advised that she will be sending me a paid up letter and since date i have not received jack, i am really frustrated as the phone lines are no longer in use or goes straight to voicemail. i will be taking this matter further as i am not the bad 1 in this situation. NRB RISK SOLUTIONS has no morals and values to give their customers excellent service. looks like this company is and i advice the public not to deal with them. they should go back to school and then decide if they should really have a company or not. YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU GUYS. PLEASE SEND TO ME WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE.
