I am disgusted wth the service i received starting from your customer service to teamleader, one of your customer service consultant dropped with the phone on my ear when i was requesting a paid up letter. ref no tai-014971743 please train your customer serv agents to be professionals on the fone i am so not phoning you company again, pleas under this ref no the last person i spoke with who didnt want to give his name i cant even describe the service i received it was *PATHETIC* all i need from your company is a paid-up letter as i have the the monies due in full. should i not get the letter by the end of this week i am takin this matter to my lawyers.
