Service and Repair not done well at VW

On the 10th January 2014, I took my car in for a service, and was picked up around 14:00pm. The very same day I drove to Limpopo with my aircon on, upon reaching Mokgophong I noticed that the air vents were giving of steam instead for circulating air. A few minutes later a sign "EPC "appeared on my dashboard, I immediately stopped and switched off the car. I waited a few minutes before switching on the car, this time round the "EPC" sign had disappeared. On Saturday the 11th January 2014, I noticed that the "EPC" sign had appeared as per the previous day, so I called VW branch based In Edenvale. The assistant advised me to take the car in to my nearest VW branch to have it looked at. Due to the branch closing at 1pm on Saturday, I had to wait till Monday. On Tuesday the 14th January 2014, I received a call from Adrian at VW Mokopane informing me that I would need to pay R7500.00 to fix and replace the control unit.
