I ordered a Power Commander, quickshifter and a rear sprocket at Full Throttle in Vanderbijlpark`s new branch on 10 December 2013 for my 2004 CBR. On 17 December 2013, Simon said had to re-ordered as it was not at vdbp yet. On 23 December 2013, I went back and Simon complain about no deposit. I said why did he not say that in the first place. I have no problem whatsoever to pay. He called Mike and i said I will pay the deposit. Mike said no need. I went back on 27 December 2013. Nothing. Mike claimed the suppliers are closed. Can collect on Monday 2 January 2014. No call received. I went on 3 January 2014 and WOW, NOTHING again. He said later today or wedneysday. 9 January 2014. I called Mike again on Thursday 9 January 2014. Now it is tomorrow again. WILL I ever get what I want or must I rather keep on using Edenville. POOR guys.
