I was told to take my vehicle by Liquid Capital on the 17th July to a service center for a check up.
I have taken the Maintanence plan that covers Shocks for my car. The report came back that i must replace shocks on my vehicle. I was told to take my vehicle on the 7th August to get it done. I was then told that Liquid Capital needs a written report that my vehicle needs shocks. The whole day my car was at the service center and nothing was done. I took my vehicle on the 10th of August to Quick Fit to get a shock test done.
On the 12th August i e-mailed my report to Liquid Capital and to this day t did not receive any feedback.
