Efore a long trip i sent my wife to Supa Quick Strijdompark to have the wheel alignment done. I then get a call for her to say the mechanic there says the rear shocks are gone and they need to be replaced. I speak to the mechanic who assures me the shocks are finished and the car is unsafe to drive and I must change the shocks. as the car is under warrentee I tell him to leave it and i call the dealers to make the arraignments. before covering the shocks under warentee I have to have them tested at a center which can give a report. I take the car into AutoCure who run a shock test on their machine. result perfect. all 4 shocks are in perfect condition. Conclusion - Supa Quick was trying to fool my wife into spending a few thousand rand with them for something that wasn't broken.
