KIA - Poor service and communications!!!

I purchased a new Kia Picanto at Kia Germiston in Dec & collected the car on 21.12.2013.Graig at Kia was very helpful and showed me the car. It was then passed over to Andrew Stubbs & everything fell apart.1.Andrew didn't even know how the alarms system worked on the car.2.When they did the anti-smash & grab they messed up the passenger side. I kept on contacting Andrew to get it resolved & he said he will get back to me & only got back to me 2 weeks later.3.I was told that a Matrix tracker was installed in the car. I sent Magda Birch an email to find out how to test it they could not help me. On 16.01.2014 I called again & spoke to Magda & she said as far as she knows the Matrix is installed & will find out & get back to me. I was copied in an email from Matrix where it was confirmed that the device was never installed. Kia must cancel the installation and give me my money back & I will get my own tracker fitted.4.On 06.01.2014 Kia was to register my car. I kept on contacting Kia to find out what was going on & they said they will get back to me. On 09.01.2014 I contacted Kia again about this & they then said I can collect the Registration & number plates 11.01.2014.
