My car was booked for services on 15th of January 2014 at Southern Toyota Lenasia for services and was re turn to me incompete. The fuel filter was broken and they dont have another new one to replace it. My car was rebooked again on 17th January 2014 for feul filter. I was not informed when car was ready for collection, and when i did go and collect at 5pm I found my car dirty and untidy. the air on was on full mode and inside the car was grease. My cable tie from wheel caps not replaced and after two days been at workshop my car sounds like a noisy tractor.the car has no power. water is leaking from car. How can this car bee released from workshop without been inspected. I did tell the service advisor Lucia that I use my car often and long distance, my car is worst after been serviced at southern Toyota. This is not accepted from Toyota. Southern Toyota don't communicate with there clients... terrible service
