On Friday 22 February 2013 at 18:20 I get a phone call from the Workshop Foreman Gavin Snyman Threatening me that how can I use his name on a forum, and I should use the dealer name SMG. I ask why give SMG a bad name because of one person? Firstly my BMW went in for a problem of starting in the morning. He told me its normal and there is no debate. Well needless to say I never went back to SMG Cape Town for a service again. This all happend a while back. Recently some one else had problems and we discussed it on [URL Removed] I told other people the truth and He accused me of slander after I told the truth.
Is this how customers should be Handel'd when they have a problem with there BMW?
Is this allowable for a employee to phone a customer and threaten a customer and get away with it?
Why must one person give a dealer a Bad name?
