Honda SA
Brand New Faulty Honda Brio

Three weeks ago I purchased a brand new HONDA BRIO for cash. After taking collection of the vehicle I realised the speedometer was not working. Thinking something needed to be activated I called the dealership and I was asked to bring the car in on Monday, which I did. I was told the speedometer has to be connected. I was then told later on the day that the speedometer on the car was defected and they needed to order another part. That was three weeks and I was told it takes up to three weeks. Eventually I contacted Honda SA thinking I would get more answers. The dealership says the part is on order and Honda SA says that there is no ETA. What is going on??? Something very fishy and funny is going on. Honda SA how can you sell defected cars and don't take responsibility.
I paid for a car... I want on that works! If I don't get answers I will go to the CPA and then ombudsman. This is no threat. You took my money and now giving me the run around. Shame on YOU!!!
P.S it takes two days to fly a part from anywhere is the world.
