A few years ago i worked at Pc Juction as a entry level tech and salesman (temp). Few months prior to this i decided to go into the It industry.
After 10 Months i decided to quit as i was called a F#cking in front of staff and clients. This was said to me multiple times throughout my last morning working here. He told me this as i forgot to give a psu back to a client for his all-in-one pc i worked on.
As i worked for 2000 rand a month (working 6 days a week) i felt that i have to find another job.
My problem is this: The previous guys that worked here was given a very bad reference by the owner Ben.
I applied to another job a few days ago and when i arrived in the interview i was disgusted to find out how many bad things was said about me. Things like i have no clue what i'm doing, i'm not a hard worker, and when things don't go my way, i leave on a bad foot..
I'm very unhappy with this at it means anyone who work here will get a bad reference.
