REFUSE TO PAYOUT

In 2001 Edgards sent letters saying we can take out the protection plan for my account if I dont reply it will be automatically be implemantate. I paid that money until I was retrenched. When I claim they refused to pay out saying I have not worked for six months of which I dont have that told to me when I started with this policy.
I have worked at the company resign in August 2012 my last date was on the 15th august. then I strated my new job on thr 1 September 2012, got retrenched my last working day was on the 28th Feb 2013. When I claim they first said I have not being working for the company for 6 month, when I query tell them that I was never told about that clause, they change they story that I have finished at my previous company on the 15th. I dont understand what that got to do with my retrenchement, as I start a new job the following month and i have already paid my premiums. When you resign you can finished off any date you agree with your employer, so you guys says I was not working after the 15th, does a month start on thr 15 or the 1st? Edgars you have a bad service I want to cancel my club and protection fee cause is not protecting me in any way. I want a refund.
