Bad delivery service

Late/no delivery of Avon products. This is getting out of hand. can't you guys use a different service? I live in witbank, alot of peoples avon boxes were delivered on thusday 8 aug 2013 but not mine, my box was loaded 7 aug and no delivery yet. I phoned James at the depot on friday and he said they will deliver saturday but they didnt, I sent him an sms with my invoice nr like my sales leader advised but didn't get any response. this service sux, this is my 2nd campaign and i am already thinking of quitting avon as my customers does not want to wait this long. my order has already been paid and now im struggling like this! this is unacceptable!! what am i suppose to tell my customers? what happens if they never deliver my box? no! fix this and use a different delivery service. If I do net get my goods within 24 hours then you will refund every cent I paid!
