Overseas Parcel Not At Northriding Post Office

After ordering an item from USA - Texas, It reached South Africa on the 31st Of Dec 2013.

After sitting at International for 10 (ten days) it was then sent on the 10th Of Jan 2014 to
Northriding Post Office (according to Track & Trace).

I was told by SA Post Office customer services that I could collect from Northriding PO from
the 13th. Jan 2014.

Went to Northriding PO on the 16th of Jan and was told that they have never received my parcel with
my reference number.

They did however look up the Ref # on computer, read computer screen and went into back to look for
parcel. Came back and told me they never received such a parcel. But clearly on their faces
I could see, that when they looked at computer screen is that it did show that parcel has arrived,
otherwise why did they go and look for parcel at the back of PO?!

Northriding PO' s attitude is that the Customer Service Center is not telling truth, however it
clearly shows on Track & Trace that it was sent there.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE OF NORTHRIDING PO.

In past Northriding PO, used to be jacked up.
