SMS notification instead of Invoice

I keep on receiving weekly sms notifications that I owe Sanral money and that I have to phone them (on my expense) whilst I am not serviced with a proper invoice to show the details of how the amount was calculated. To claim the toll fees as a company expense I need to have a proper Tax Invoice. I am keeping record of when I am driving on a toll road and according to my calculations the amount they claim is owed, is way to much for what I have used.
