Faulty product picked up - no response in 3 months

Good day,

Please see previous complaint. The units and refills were picked up in the middle of November LAST YEAR, and to date no response has been received, nor were the units replaced.

Did RB goods worth >R250 from me? If I don't get a response in a week, I shall assume so (and I have the paperwork to show who picked the goods up from me), and will lay a charge of against the company. According to my lawyer, this will stand up just fine in small claims court, so see you there.
