We returned faulty units to their supplier, which In my book is already the wrong thing to do, I did business with them and not with their supplier, by the time they decided where we need to sent the units to it was to late to have the items sent to them as their supplier is closing for December holidays, in January we sent them the units on our expense, its is now 20 Feb and we are still no closer to any answers or service, I am handing sustainable over to my lawyer to take the matter further, my advice do not do business with them, you will be disappointed in goods not arriving on time, product support and then finally product backup. My dads house is now without power for more than 8 weeks, and now that we want our money refunded they approached their legal team which will also delay the whole thing even longer, well I am going ahead with my lawyers I will be taking them to court, enough is enough.
