PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought the Dettol Bathroom/Shower Cleaner a good few months and when i used the product, it left black stains in my bath tub. Since then i had laid numerous claims with the Customer Care Line, and even had the product collected by their rep to have analysed. I am still awaiting a response from Reckitt many months later.

I would therfeore have to assume that their products as well as their customer sevrices are absolutely inefficient!
