The Duracell batteries in my LED Lenser flashlight leaked. Sent an email to Awesome Tools on Sunday night. Received an answer by Monday morning and a replacement part delivered to my house in Johannesburg by Wednesday morning. Pity all companies don't seem to care about their customers as much as these guys.
