I bought a flat nose pliers about 3 or 4 years back at the Worcester agri mark. About 2 months ago the pliers handles became loose every you grab some thing with it and the whole front end gets twisted. I am an electrician and uses it every single day.
The only reason I bought the pliers was for its life time guarantee it cost well over the R200, I though Gedore was a company that stood by what its says and with its guarantee. I was clearly wrong I took it to the same place I bought it, it took more than a month for me to get a answer from then and they refuse to give me a new one or fix the old one. They said they don't even have a criteria for checking returnable tools
I would advice any one who is a works men the tools its not worth the money you pay I will never buy form them again such a false advertisement "guarantee for life "
