I received e-toll charges for two dates when I wasn't even in Gauteng and my car was locked in my garage! Now I have to go through the hassle of downloading forms to submit to query this. I don't have that sort of time or energy and the chances are that the minute that query gets sorted, the next will arise. There were no photos to accompany these dates. I was so angry my blood pressure went sky high. This system is completely unethical and smacks of dictatorship - we the citizens are rendered powerless!
