We are registered e-toll customers. Half the time the lights on the highway's are not working (sections of it) Is it SANRAL's reponsibility or the municipality? I think SANRAL should pay for the lights..! Or will they blame it on Escom again.. Zuma's old trick...? Also if this continues can I cancel my e-toll tag and refuse to pay due to bad service delivery...?
