Im not surprised that this company does not respond to any complaints. I bought a house and they decided to charge me two months worth of electricity for a period i was not living there nor was i the owner at the time. Anyway they fixed the problem and all of a sudden my usage has doubled from 159 units to 350, i wonder how this is possible as i live alone am hardly ever at home, they tell me that they can not explain. The usage. I wonder what ridiculous amount they are going to charge me for this month where i was away for almost the whole rbilling period and the only appliances running were the fridge and the alarm, if they try to overcharge me they will have a huge fight in their hands.
I wish there was a way to communicate their incompetence and overcharging to the municipality so that they will no longer be allowed to provide this service. Its such a pitty a person cant even move over to prepaid because we will still have to deal with these Incompetent lunatics.
Complexes should really investigate companies before they make use of their services.
