Miss the concept of customer service

I have bought my house in 2010 and not knowing any better I registered with Impact Meter Services. And this is the worst decision of my life. Last month I paid my electricity as I always do by paying the same amount as the previous month. My usage never really fluctuates and I'm always ahead of what I owe. However what I didn't know is for last month my usage had gone up by /- R300, now having l been with the company for more the 3 years and NEVER missing a payment one would think they would call or contact me to inform me. They didn't instead they shut down my electricity and left a note on my door... When I phoned to query this is request someone come to my house and reconnect it, the phone was answer by the rudest poorest excuse for a human being I have ever encountered, clearly a remnant of pre 1994 South Africa... shamefull...

I would like my story to serve as a warning. Find other suppliers they really don't care, and judging by all the complaints on hellopeter that have been ignored I think its obvious enough.
