Is been a year asking Impact Meter Service to send Electricity bill on time with no success. I have already lost money on damaged appliances and rotten food from my freezer while I was away on holiday. This week I received a bill on Tuesday and the electricity was cut on Thursday, two days later. Any business person understand that people have responsibilities, they can't just expect a person to jump when ever is convenient to them. I have received bad services from suppliers but this one is worse and frustrating. I have asked them to email or sms the account balance and still they cannot do that.
I wish the can close down, so that we can get electricity straight from Eskom. This 3rd party suppliers are just useless and us big money.
