My laptop has been booked in with Part Serve Channel Support since last week 08/01/2014. Ever since I started phoning on Friday 10/01/2014 to have a status update, nobody can tell me what is happening with it. Yesterday I phoned again and was promised that someone would phone me by 11h00 to give me a status update, but guess what, no phone call! If it was not that I use it for business purposes, I would not have been this adament on getting feedback, but I need it back ASAP and nobody cares!
