First of all, do not for one moment think I intend to register for your e-tolls. However, my mother asked me to register her vehicles.
How the do you think you will get your compliance rate up if your website keeps on going offline? By bullying citizens with unsolicited SMSs and e-mails? Get your act together, and maybe you will one day get a 20% compliance rate.
For my mother, I will keep on trying to register. Not because it is the right thing to do, but because she asked me.
As for me, I will wait for my registered mail invoice, with details and HD photos, sent out every month, as per the law. For each and every transaction.

For now, I will donate my R450 per month to OUTA. on that.

By the way, I want some "Proudly e-toll Free" stickers. Can you please direct me to the correct person to contact so I can buy some?
