My child totally destroyed a box of Smurfs Otees to get to the little piece of paper that will tell her whether she has won - and low and behold SHE WON!!!

The little pamphlet thingy was kept safe as she was oh so excited - Later on we wanted to sms Bokomo to get her e-ticket... Eish, NOW they mention that the code which is to be sms'd is on the sticker inside the box... the sticker and box which was TOTALLY DESTROYED so that my child could get to the little pamphlet thingy???

How is it that they announce you have won on the most colorful little pamphlet and then they tell you to return to the box and seek the code somewhere else???

I am disgusted - She was SO excited about winning and now Bokomo is of the opinion that - Eish, sorry, that is how it is???

I will never ever ever ever ever again buy any Bokomo products - and I mean it!
