IMPOSSIBLE TO PAY

I have been trying now to pay me E-Toll. I did not register for an E-tag. I have used short segments of the highway three times. I managed to register on the Internet, and according to the statement I owe a discounted fee of? R19. However, the website is so slow it is impossible to use. I managed to get the banking details but have no idea what number to use as a reference.
So I phoned the call centre. I spoke to two people who couldn't even trace me via my ID number or Licence plate number. I eventually spoke to a third person who let me speak to his supervisor. She managed to trace me and said I must pay? R12.00 . WHY DO THE AMOUNTS DIFFER??? What is on the internet is not what she is telling me on the phone. She gave me a reference number to use, but when I do my internet banking it tells me the reference number is INVALID.
SO HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PAY???!!!???!!! I am not even going to phone again. And even if I go into the nearest office, will they even be able find me on their system???!!!???!!!
WHAT A DISASTER - only managed to chase up my blood pressure. Trying to pay as they keep telling us to do but THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PAY!
