I had cupboards fitted in my kitchen3 years ago and was told that all the draws hinges and sliding mechanisms have a life time guarantee. I have reported that my dustbin draw does not open since all the ball bearings for the sliding arms fell out, in November last year. I have phoned our local agent numerous times but no one was sent to my house to look at the problem.
