THE 30 DAY CHALLENGE PASSED 28 DAYS AGO AND STILL

We bought a washing machine on the 1st of December 2012. It was registered on the internet as requested on the 3rd of December 2012, as per the 30 day promotion. I also phoned to ask what the next step would be and I was told that someone will contact me (no reference number or name). No one did.

On the 11th of January 2013 I phoned to follow up. Spoke to Naledi and she escalated the matter. Reference number 7111899591.

On the 24th I phoned again to follow up and was then told by Annabella that I was not on their system and I must send them proof that I have registered the machine. I sent proof. She promised that she will trace it and phone me (that conversation was recorded). On the 25th I phoned again, spoke to Rahool. After holding on for quite some time he finally managed to find the mail that I sent the previous day. He told me that they had a BIG problem with their system and someone will phone me.

Subsequently, I called 25/1/2013, spoke to Nkululeko, requesting a supervisor to call me. I have not heard a word from anybody... Still have my old macine... no R500, no months supply of washing powder. That was the challenge, wasn't it?
