Rude Staff and Incompetent Service

I gave my friend a lift to the Kia Motors in Tokai for its recurring service. We arrive as the dealership opens its doors and are still made to wait a further 40 minutes just to book the car in. And when we voiced our concern with the amount of time elapsing we were met with horrible service and the manager/owner or what ever his wrongly appointed title is verbally raised his voice to us (customers). Now i understand a business being busy, but this kind of horrific basic manners and service was appalling. wonderful to know nothing will ever come of this but its also not the first time im hearing a report like this.
