I purchased a car from Anderson Motors Ladysmith. For the first year the service was good, thereafter it took a turn for the worse. I have had numerous problems with my car and I have taken it to the dealership and for every little fault, I have to "replace the entire" unit. The workshop manager, Sakkie, is a rude and arrogant man. He has no concern for the vehicle at all. He would get the car repaired by the mechanic and there is no person to check if everything is correct. The vehicle is passed directly to the customer and the customer has to take the car back the next day due to other additional problems caused.
What happened to excellent customer service, friendliness and so forth.
Anderson Motors Ladysmith certainly lacks the above qualities.
So disappointed in the after sales service from Anderson Motors Ladysmith.
